We act as Contract Administrator under traditional contracts, or as Employer's Agent under a design and build procurement route. In either role we act in a fair, impartial and independent manner.

What happens at handover?

We manage schedules, list outstanding or defective works and ensure they are resolved, so handover is seamless.
