The project
Ousebank was appointed to provide Employer's Agent, Project Management and Cost Consultancy services for the delivery of a new purpose-built self-storage development for Hanson Logistics in Huddersfield. The development provides purpose-built storage accommodation arranged across three floors, with an initial phase of individual storage units and further capacity to follow upon full fit-out. The facility incorporates modern security and access technology, photovoltaic panels and energy-efficient systems, supporting Hanson Logistics' expansion into the self-storage market. Ousebank provided project and commercial management services throughout construction, supporting the successful delivery and completion of the development in July 2026.
