The project
Ousebank was appointed to provide Employer's Agent, Project Management and Cost Consultancy services for the expansion of Roberts Mart's manufacturing headquarters in Leeds. The development comprised a substantial warehouse extension, associated office accommodation, a new ink store and extensive external works. The project formed part of Roberts Mart's wider investment programme, providing increased storage capacity, improving operational efficiency and releasing space within the existing facility for future production growth. Ousebank supported the project through its delivery, providing commercial oversight, contract administration and project management services.
