The project

Ousebank is providing Project Management, Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the fit-out of a new building for Northern Energy. The project involves the fit-out of the building shell to create a modern working environment, including the installation of furniture, fixtures and equipment. Working alongside the appointed professional team and contractors, Ousebank is providing project coordination, commercial management and contract administration throughout the works, including coordination of the furniture, fixtures and equipment installation. The project is currently ongoing, with completion scheduled for the first quarter of 2027.
