The project
Ousebank was appointed to undertake a Technical Due Diligence survey of an industrial property in Yorkshire, including a drone review of the roof. The commission combined a building condition survey with aerial inspection of the roof, providing a broader understanding of the property’s condition and areas that were difficult to assess from ground level. The survey focused on identifying defects and maintenance considerations, providing clear, practical advice to inform the client’s property decisions and future repair planning.
