Copthall Bridge House, Harrogate

The project

Copthall Bridge House involved the extensive refurbishment and transformation of a previously vacant commercial building in central Harrogate into premium serviced office accommodation for WorkWell. The scheme created a contemporary working environment across four floors, incorporating flexible offices, meeting facilities, collaborative spaces and high-quality communal amenities. Ousebank provided Project Management, Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying services, overseeing the delivery and commercial management of the works on behalf of the client. The completed project demonstrates how existing commercial buildings can be successfully repositioned to meet modern workplace expectations and provide long-term value.
