The project
Ousebank was appointed to provide Project Management, Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the redevelopment of the former village school in Humbleton, East Yorkshire. The development comprised the sympathetic conversion of the historic school building into residential properties, alongside the construction of new-build homes and associated external works. The scheme has brought a former educational building back into use, combining the retention of the village's architectural heritage with the delivery of new residential accommodation. Working alongside the appointed professional team and contractors, Ousebank provided project coordination, cost management and contract administration services to support the delivery of the development.
