The project
Ousebank was appointed to provide Contract Administration and Quantity Surveying services for the conversion and refurbishment of an existing farmhouse to provide additional luxury guest accommodation at The Star Inn at Harome, North Yorkshire. The project involved the sensitive transformation of the traditional farmhouse into high-quality guest bedrooms, combining the character and architectural features of the existing building with contemporary interiors, premium finishes and modern guest facilities. Working alongside the appointed professional team and specialist contractors, Ousebank provided commercial management, cost control and contract administration services throughout the construction works, supporting the delivery of an exceptional hospitality development that complements the character and reputation of The Star Inn at Harome.
