The project
Ousebank provided Construction Management services for the delivery of the extension and refurbishment of Independence House in Nether Poppleton, York. The development involved the expansion and refurbishment of an existing office building to create modern, flexible workspace, incorporating serviced offices, meeting rooms and coworking facilities. Working alongside the appointed professional team, Contract Administrator and specialist contractors, Ousebank supported the coordination of construction activities, programme monitoring and the delivery of individual work packages. Our involvement focused on facilitating effective communication between the various trades and supporting the wider project team in the successful delivery of the development.
