The project

Ousebank was appointed to provide Project Management, Employer's Agent and Quantity Surveying services for the refurbishment and fit-out of Building 3 at Carrwood Park, Leeds. The project involved the strip-out and refurbishment of the existing office accommodation to create high-quality flexible working and co-working spaces, combining contemporary interiors with premium finishes. The scheme focused on creating an adaptable working environment, providing flexibility for occupiers whilst maintaining a consistently high standard of design and specification. Ousebank provided project coordination, commercial management and contract administration services throughout the works, supporting the delivery of the refurbished accommodation.
